This place is such an amazing experience! The food is phenomenal! The wait staff was beyond polite! The atmosphere is very clean, professional, and high-end. I cannot stop thinking about the amazing time my best friend and I had here. It is a very luxurious and sophisticated place, and the prices do reflect that, but if you are looking for the perfect place for a romantic, elegant, and or sophisticated restaurant for a great meal, this would be the place! The laychee martini is to die for, and the sushi is seriously next level! The in-home garden of herbs adds that extra spark to every dish.

Best Sushi Restaurant I’ve ever been to. Every dish i had was delicious, fresh and cooked just right. Seth and Kelly literally provided the best customer service I’ve ever had. I sat at the bar but the atmosphere was still great. I highly recommend this Restaurant and ask for Seth and Kelly. I’m already planning to go back.

Wow. What an incredible experience here at Uchi Denver. Friendly staff with the best recommendations. We had the omakase and every single course was unbelievable. It was the perfect amount of food for two people and we were able to try all of these different dishes. They through in a few extras which were fantastic. You get a fifty dollar gift card and some goodies along with the omakase experience which makes it even more worth it. Definitely suggest making a reservation here if you are in the area. Now for my standard comments. Location is clean and well kept. Indoor seating is comfortable and I believe they may also have outdoor options.

Uchi Denver is amazing! The sushi is super fresh and creative - every bite feels special. The vibe is modern but still cozy, and the staff really know their stuff. Easily one of my favorite spots in Denver.

Date night early evening on a Saturday. We were at the Nuggets playoff game and had to call and push our reservation back by 30 minutes which they graciously accommodated. Server seemed overwhelmed and the runners did most of the work. Overall the service was a 7/10. I expected more for the price. We did the omakase tasting and it was fantastic. 9/10. We did send back the pork belly as it was overcooked. Cocktails were fantastic for the price. Atmosphere 9/10. A bit dated but the sound level and spacing was great. We did it once, we don’t need to come back. One of the most expensive meals we’ve had at $370 for both.

Amazing experience. Sat at the sushi bar and just ordered 6 plates between two people. Highly recommend eating at the sushi bar for quick delivery and talk to the nice chefs. We did wait a little longer for our reservation due to previous patrons, but the manager was very sweet and accommodating while we waited. The sushi bar also was very spacious so you do not feel like you are in other diners space. Amazing ambience and design and great staff. I hear there is a location opening in DC so I look forward to visiting when back home.

Been wanting to go to Uchi in Austin but they were always booked up whenever I wanted to go. And here in Denver it just so happened to have wide open reservations so I was so excited. (which I guess wasn't a good sign?) Super kind hostess seated us right away at the counter for two. Our waitress was a little off since, 1. she forgot about the cocktails we ordered (which were amazing when it eventually came) and 2. spilled soy sauce all over the counter and didn't wipe it off when she wasn't paying attention bussing the table. But since we were at the counter, the sushi chef mainly took care of us. Awesome guy! The Uchi salad was an amazing concept for a salad, with so much thought put into a single dish. The fish was amazing as we ordered nigiris that we wanted to try. My favorites were the aged hiramasa, shima aji, and the bluefin akami. However, (hopefully they take this as constructive criticism) the rice was unacceptable for this level of restaurant. Every bite into the rice ruined the fresh fish. The rice was hard, starchy, undercooked, and stuck to your teeth every bite you took. We were hoping it was a one off but every nigiri came with the same undercooked rice. For a restaurant of this level, they need better quality control of rice and hopefully it was a one-off because I don't want Americans thinking of this as "Japanese rice". Great chef, service, and atmosphere but hopefully this Denver branch isn't cutting corners just because the owner/HQ is away in Texas. Rice may seemingly be a negligible part of a sushi restaurant to the public, but the quality of rice is just as important as the fish in Japanese culture, especially for a higher end sushi restaurant.
